This workout will burn approx 700-800 calories
To complete this workout, go through all 4 sections 3x. The tabata move is different for each of the three rounds.
Section 1: HIIT ( 50:10)
1) 10 hi knees, 6 tricep dips
2) getup, bicep curl, shoulder press
3) 10 hi knees, 6 lateral raises
4) switch lunge with bicep curl
5) 4 rows, half burpee
Section 2 - Strength:
1) Bent over back fly (12 reps)
2) 1 divebomber pushup, 1 tricep pushup (10 reps altogether)
3) 25 KB or dumbbell swings
Section 3 - Tabata: ( 20:10 for 4 min)
round 1 - sumo squat jumps
round 2 - frog plank into heel click
round 3 - touchdowns
Section 4 - Core
1) Side plank knee tucks (right side - 10 reps)
2) russian twist (20 reps)
3) side plank knee tucks (left side - 10 reps)
4) tuck abs with overhead press (10 reps)
